What we collect

When you book an appointment through this Site, we collect your first and last name, phone number, and (if you choose to provide it) your email address, along with the service, date, and time you selected, and whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages. If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, phone number, the service you want, and the dates and time of day you’re available. We don’t ask for or collect any information beyond what’s needed to schedule and manage your appointment.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment;
• If you opted in to text messages, send you texts about your appointment (see “Text messages” below);
• If you provided an email, send you emails about your appointment — a confirmation when you book and a reminder beforehand;
• Contact you directly if we need to reach you about a booking.

Appointment scheduling is also processed through Square, our booking and payments platform, solely to operate the shop’s calendar.

We do not sell or share your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the text-message box when booking or when joining the waitlist. The box is unchecked by default, and checking it is optional — you can book an appointment without agreeing to texts.

• Appointment texts (if you checked the box when booking): a confirmation when you book, a reminder before your appointment, and a notice if it’s rescheduled or cancelled. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per appointment.
• Waitlist texts (if you joined the waitlist): a text when a spot opens up for the service and dates you chose. Message frequency varies, typically 1 message per opening offered.
