These terms apply to your use of the online booking service at book.thesicilianandco.com, operated by Francesco Miceli, doing business as The Sicilian Barber.

Appointments

Appointments booked through this Site are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as you can so we can offer the time to another customer.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, by calling or texting us. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up, The Sicilian Barber may charge you a fee of 100% of the price of the booked service.

Online bookings ask you to agree to this policy before you confirm, and we keep a record of when you agreed.

Premium Appointments & Card Hold

A premium appointment is secured with a card hold. Your card is not charged when you book. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the private link in your confirmation email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up, The Sicilian Barber may charge the card you provided a fee of 100% of the price of the booked service. Your card details are held securely by Square; we never see or store your full card number.

SMS Terms

Program: The Sicilian Barber appointment texts. You only receive texts if you opt in by checking the text-message box on our booking form or waitlist form. The box is unchecked by default, and it is optional when booking — you can book an appointment without agreeing to texts.

Appointment texts (booking form): a booking confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and a notice if it’s rescheduled or cancelled. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per appointment.
Waitlist texts (waitlist form): a text when a spot opens up for the service and dates you chose. Message frequency varies, typically 1 message per opening offered.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
